Our Return Policy
- 30-Day Window: We accept returns on products within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original packaging, gently used (no more than 20% of the product consumed), or unopened.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our concierge team at support@primocaro.com with your name and order number.
- State the reason for your return.
- Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions within 24 hours. Once received at our facility, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
